I'm typically an SOOC kind of person. I rarely edit things, unless I either absolutely can't get the right conditions to get what I want or I get lots of comments to change something after the fact. In that case, I'll try it out and see.

I've recently switched from film (Nikon FM10) to digital (Nikon D40) and I'm still getting used to the nuances of digital photography. I'm finding I really enjoy the preview (SO much better than spending a bunch of money on film and processing only to find out I got nothing but crap...) and frustrated at how long it's taking me to adjust to how many more options I have on the camera itself. It's a positive change, though, and I'm really happy with the switch so far.

Still relatively new to photography, especially considering my three or four year hiatus while life got extremely busy. Comments and constructive criticism are always much appreciated, but I'm as opinionated as you probably are, so I might not agree. ;)
