I'm short. I take photos.

I've been photographing people ever since the summer after I graduated from high school (in 1996!). So, I've pretty much had a camera and had it as my absolute, favorite, main hobby that might become something else for nearly 14 years!

Since the summer of 2001, when I did my first wedding (on film) for some coworkers (for $125), I've been transitioning from hobby/amateur photographer to the kick-ass, super, awesome photographer you see in this stream!

I do have some college education, but I'm pretty much self-taught. Everything you see (and like) within this stream is years of trial and error and finding my style. I feel awesome, knowing that all the hard work has paid off with great photos, mastery of exposure during difficult lighting situations, fashion-magazine-like photo editing skills, and general awesomeness.

I hope you like what you see here. I hope you notice that I can totally cover any situation with any lighting, fast action, sunset romance, funky randomness, and super fun. I don't work in a studio, but I'm good with my tools and I love natural light (don't you?). Check me out, and enjoy!
