how to be creative:
ignore everybody
don’t try to stand out from the crowd; avoid crowds altogether
if you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter
nobody cares. do it for yourself
do not distress yourself with dark imaginings; many fears are
born of fatigue and loneliness
accept the pain, it cannot hurt you
beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself
remember what peace there may be in silence
