I thought I'd change my flickr name (Cry Urban) to something else for a change! So if it changes again its the mood I'm in.

I only came on Flickr to show my photos to my friend Keri R.
There was a point I just wanted to delete this account like most things I've done but I guess I've moved on since then.

I've being doing photography for a while now, originally film but I've being using digital for ages and wouldn't go back maybe because I'm too impatient these days. So much time to spent being creative. Digital has come in leaps and bounds since my first use of a 1.2 Megapixel camera in 2001 ha ha.

Residing in good old (kiwi) New Zealand, living in Christchurch at present. I'm not an amazing photographer but I'm competent.

I use a Nikon D300 body. 50mm f1.8, my Nikkor 18 - 135mm ED. A cheap but new Tamron 28 -200mm f3.5 - f5.6 and various accessories including new Sunpak flash unit.

Waiting to buy some good quality lenses soon!
