I pretty much don't ever remember not having some kind of camera. I'm not a great photographer, but I'd like to get a better camera and learn to use it well. I have used a variety of cameras from a 5mp point and shoot (Canon A95) that I love to a Canon DSLR that I borrowed for a few days.

I hate post-processing so outside of maybe a bit of cropping, I rarely do anything to my photos once they come out of the camera.

I'm originally from California (raised in Malibu near the Ventura County line, but call Monterey/Santa Cruz home), but have lived in the UK since October 2004.
