My relationship with the city of San Francisco has always been an up and down one. I was born, raised, went to school, and have lived 23 of my 24 years in Alameda County. I'm hella East Bay. Oakland is like my common-law husband.

But I find my self falling for Baghdad. I don't understand it myself, this fling, but I am going to document it as best I can. There will be plenty of shooting and dumping, but hopefully lots of geotagging too. (At absolute minimum - 50% of photos geotagged at all times.)

The vast majority of pictures on this account are under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license. They were noncommercial, but I changed that. The few that are marked All Rights Reserved? All rights are very much reserved. Just don't be a dick about it, okay? That's all I ask.

And the titles, they suck. I know. You can make fun of me for them if you'd like.
