  "When one thinks of styles, immediately the martial arts styles of Wushu, Wàijiāquán, or Nèijiāquán come to mind. Likewise, C Book is a martial artist with her camera. You cannot defeat her style.
  
  After absorbing the photons from one of C Book’s stylized masterpieces, her work will paralyze the human temporal lobe with its paradoxical “faux singularity.” The “crispness” and “clarity” of her style overtakes the viewer like a phosphorus shell exploding two yards away.   "C Book is an amazing artist. Not only can she take absolutely fascinating photographs, but her pastel and oil paintings are amazing. She doesn't do herself justice with the few examples she shows. She is the artist that many of us are aspiring to become.
