The Free Traveller's photostream  

I live in the area of Milan, Italy. Most of my pictures were taken during summer vacations and trips. Usually, I take them "on the move": at the end of the trip, I have a reportage with the memories of that experience.

I love taking photos during my journeys, but I think that photography cannot be the center of gravity of my summer days: that would mean giving up some other experiences.

For this, my camera is a Canon G7, which is not a DSLR, but a "high level compact", or "prosumer".

It's a matter of finding a compromise between camera size/weight and quality of image you obtain.

I'm pretty happy about this compromise, even though some shots (fisheye lens, few light...) are out of the range of my camera and me.
