39 year old living in Texas. I have a beautiful wife, and three just as beautiful children ranging in ages from 6-15.

I started up photography as a hobby about 5 years ago, and have gone from my first digital camera (Fuji 3800) to now using a Nikon D40. I am very much a amateur, and in no way consider myself to be a good, or even average photographer, but I enjoy going out and taking pictures to share with my friends and family.

Originally got into photography for taking pictures of my family. To have keepsakes and memories of my children as they grow up. This is still the primary part of photography that I enjoy. I have recently tried to expand my picture taking, and am now trying to get into macro photography.
