With all my heart, I believe this life is heaven. Heaven on Earth, because we are creators. We can create everything which we desire, effortlessly. We are given the most phenomenal surroundings in nature, with the gift of bonding to any human being over something as simple as dropping a bus ticket. I wake up grateful every single morning for countless little things in my life, as well as the things I cherish most... like friendships, family, nature, travel experiences, and photography. Though most of all, the magnificent gift of life.

While I currently work a relatively light job here in Vancouver enabling airside photography, I've aimed to spend most of these months far away in remote corners of the world. Defining isolation through stark, haunting & empty fishing villages on the world's most beautiful coastline in Norway has started a very expensive, cold, and lonely addiction into the Scandinavian Winters. Several Friday & Saturday nights spent developing neck troubles twisted Northerly up at the Aurora Borealis, as opposed to a party scene. Tucked away in the deep forests surrounding Jukkasjärvi, I've bundled down at -5°C on reindeer hides inside the Ice Hotel for what soon become what I would credit with the most self discovery I've come to know.
