FOR THOSE WANTING TO USE MY PHOTOS
As a principle I explicitly don't copyright my photos because I don't think any institution should claim a coercive monopoly on intellectual property enforcement. Theoretically, there is nothing that prevents anybody from being in the same place at the same time I was, taking the same photo, editing it the same way, and posting it; so I can scarcely call it my "property".
However, every photo I take does require a certain amount of time and capital investment. To the extent that you my feel my creative energies have contributed something to your cause, please consider donating if you are able. Otherwise, don't hesitate to use any of my photos (according to the CC license I have set), but I do appreciate notes letting me know what they are being used for.
