I live and work on 30-A, Beaches of South Walton or Santa Rosa Beach Florida. I have been to many of the worlds finest beaches but find ours to be the most beautiful. I started this account to document the effect of the Gulf of Mexico BP Oil Spill but the impact was minimal, but found flickr to be a great site to share photos. I will now update with general photos of our beautiful area. Our sand is white and the consistency of powder sugar, it is actually crushed quartz. I am a Realtor, the beaches draw people to the area but they fall in love with the small town feel, friendly people, variety of shops and restaurants and abundant outdoor activities.
