Do not take this in it's disparaging sense , but rather in it's original Latin form: 'Amator' - a devoted person, enthusiastic pursuer of an objective.
You'd be hard pressed to find someone more devoted and enthusiastic towards pursuance of photography and all it brings. Not solely to self promotion, but in the exchange of ideas, methodology and information.
