During my childhood, I lived in Crawford, Texas, where I graduated from Crawford High School in 1993. I moved away for several years as I attended different Texas colleges.
In 1999 I met my husband Dave and moved to Two Rivers, Wisconsin, his hometown. I lived mostly along the shores of Lake Michigan for the next 8 years.....with 10 months during this period living near Saratoga Springs, New York for business.
We moved back to central Texas in October of 2007. Currently, we reside on a small farm west of Crawford, TX.

I enjoy the outdoors.
I am not squeemish about much of anything (ex: bugs, gross stuff, guts, snakes, etc)
I have artistic talents I've been engaging since I was a toddler.

I am married to my best friend, Dave. We have no kids and intend to keep it that way. Not my cup of tea.

I am interested in pursuing a lifestyle that avoids consumerism...content to live more with JUST what I need and those things that facilitate the pursuit of passions.

I like to avoid Walmart, processed foods, plastic bags, parking lots, sweat-shop products, diamonds, fluoride, lots of chemicals in products you don't need: ie: body washes, creams, lotions, cleansing products, etc.
Furthermore, I am repelled by commericalized holidays, reliance on mainstream media for news and information, unsoliticited mail & phone calls, racisim, violence, sterotypes and labels, celebrity worship, cell phones, cell phones used by drivers, obnoxious drivers, noise & light pollution, government run agencies, drunkeness, credit cards, banks, debt, arrogence, animal abuse, Gross Ignorance, Nationalism, cigarette smoke, religious fanaticism, chauvinism......
