Sausage King of Seattle is the Salt of Sugar & Salt. Sugar & Salt Kitchen is the beginning of our dream to have our own bakery cafe. We've always enjoyed hosting friends and family in our tiny house in West Seattle. We spend a lot of time making up great dinner recipes for our blog Obsessed with Dinner and when something tastes really good we tell each other "This is going on the menu".

Lately, John has been lucky enough to have some time off to create recipes he's always been interested in - house made candy bars, bacon caramels, soda and beer, english muffins & bagels, yogurt and cream cheese and other cultured dairy products, cured meats and fresh sausages. We hope to someday invite you to our cafe. In the meantime, we'll have to temp you with pictures and stories from this blog. Coming soon you'll be able to order our first line of sweets sent directly to your home (or wholesale for your cafe or store).
