"Until I met Sarah I didn't really think anyone else was quite on the same wavelength as me. We laughed not that long ago about how we've spent a longer period of time in each others company outside of Scotland than in it, especially funny as we only live about three miles apart(!)
She doesn't like 'No' - there's always a way. She has an ability to think so far out of the box that you need her big zoom lens to see that box again. Her attention to detail and the feel for a setup are qualities that one day I hope I can learn from her. She coaches, listens, supports and as long as you give her coffee and enough time to wake up, she has the patience of a saint. Give her half an idea and not only will she complete it but add to it and enhance.
'Pirate' may be in her screen-name but the only way I can link it to her is through her sense of adventure. I know of nobody else that can turn up in a country with no map, guidebook, local currency or words from the native language and still have the time of her life haha.
Today is a special day for her too. Happy Birthday Sarah.

"Strolling through Pirate’s stream is a muse like taking a deck chair to the city centre, setting yourself up on random green grass and surfing through the kaleidoscope pervading the architecture of our planet and our lives. Her modern approach is in direct contradiction to the old guard who disapproved of the brightness and the ingenuity and the chasing clouds that patterns Pirate’s work.
