I enjoy posting to Flickr. I find that my photography improves through the exposure, the comments, the rich variety of images and what I see as a giant worldwide Camera Club.
I feel overpowered sometimes by the largeness of Flickr, the thousands of photos that are posted per minute. I would like to see an environment, not based so much on flashy awards and quantity, but by a slower paced process of critique, including longer textual comments, rather than "Cut and Paste" and leave culture. Also thumbnails are not a good way to first see a photo, many delicate shots which have no quality as a thumbnail, may be great photos...
