  "I have known Gil for well over three years now as a friend and also as a fellow student. He is an integral part of the BA (Hons) Visual Communication Degree Course (graphic Design) at Edinburgh College of Art.
  
  Gil is simply one of the best students to get along with and to learn from in the class, he has a focus in his work and this is reflected from his portfolio. He is strong minded and always has a creative flare inside him. He had the privilege of being our class head/representative in our final year and he successfully achieved to voice out students needs and opinions. I am greatly thankful for his work and input which shows he truly is committed.
  
  He has a great eye for spotting good design and one thing that strikes me is that he has a very good work/design ethic which unknowingly has left a deep impression on me. He is a great example to learn from. In projects, Gil's comments and opinions are always valued where he aids in helping others to improve or to suggest solutions to the brief. He has tackled briefs with determination and enthusiasm and puts great effort into his research and experiment, not only this but he also has a strong desire to learn from others.
  
  Gil has a mature attitude, is dedicated, responsible and can work independently or part of a team but all in all he is a good natured person and has a great set of design skills and quality within his work. I wish him the very best for his future and career. Will definitely miss the class buddy I sat next to.
