Sangamon Auditorium, located on the campus of the University of Illinois at Springfield, opened Feb. 21, 1981, and hosts more than 120 performances/events annually.

Our seating capacity is 2018 and we are home to both the Illinois Symphony Orchestra and the Springfield Ballet Company
