Sandro Santioli is one of the most esteemed italian photographers in color and landscape photography.
His work varies from reportage to creative photography.
He often works with geographic and travel magazines, in Italy and abroad.
His images have been used for advertising campaigns for firms and public corporations, on websites, books, posters, brochures.
His work has been reviewed on fine art and photo magazines.
Since 1985 he has joined to the photographer’s activity the one of specialised small editor in tourist publications (calendars, posters, postcards, photo-books and guides).
From 1994 he has begun to teach in courses, workshops and photo tours, in Italy as well as abroad.
His collaboration with Toscana Photographic Workshop TPW has established since 1994.
His photos about Tuscany illustrates the website TerradiToscana.
Up to now he has been creating about 30 personal shows, beyond some collective shows. In Italy I’ve exposed in several well known seats.
Other countries that hosted his exhibitions are: France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and United States.
Some of his photos are shown in galleries and private collections.

In Italy he is represented by the Agency Grazia Neri in Milan.

Sandro Santioli è uno dei fotografi italiani più apprezzati e conosciuti nella fotografia di paesaggio e di colore in genere. Il suo lavoro spazia dal reportage alla foto creativa.
Collabora spesso con riviste geografiche e di viaggi, le sue immagini sono pubblicate su quotidiani e magazines in Italia e all estero (assidua la collaborazione con National Geographic Italia e National Traveler). Le sue foto sono utilizzate a corredo di campagne pubblicitarie, siti, libri, manifesti, brochures. Il suo lavoro è stato più volte recensito su riviste d arte e di fotografia.
Dal 1985, anno di inizio della sua attività, ha unito la sua attività di fotografo a quella di editore specializzato nelle pubblicazioni ad uso turistico (fotolibri a tema, guide, calendari, posters, cartoline).
Dal 1994 ha cominciato ad insegnare in corsi, workshops, photo tours, in Italia e all estero.
Collabora sin dalla prima edizione (1994) con il TPW Toscana Photographic Workshop.

Ha realizzato circa 30 mostre personali, oltreché alcune collettive. In Italia ha esposto in numerose sedi prestigiose. Altri paesi dove ha esposto sono Francia, Germania, Svizzera, Austria e Stati Uniti.
