I started off as a complete photography newbie back in May 2009 by buying a Nikon D40 kit to help me keep busy after a few months of feeling "lost". Since then, I have been teaching myself by reading books and photography forums, shooting when I can and upgrading my gear. Whilst I have had a few photographs published, I still shoot for fun. In Jan 2011, I upgraded to a Nikon D90, which I am still learning to use. My lenses are Nikkor 18-55mm kit lens, Nikkor 50mm f/1.8, Sigma 50-150mm f/2.8 and of course I have all sorts of accessories to go alongside them.
I love architecture and often wander around camera around my neck looking up. It's probably what I enjoy shooting the most. Otherwise, it's pretty much all things around me on days out or holidays.
With regards to my photos, please feel free to leave any feedback, especially any constructive criticism. Don't hold back; I would much rather know what I could have done better!
