Sam Holtmon is an NCTJ accredited freelance journalist from London who has worked for a variety of publications including: The Guardian, The Sunday Times Magazine and NME. He helped cover the Fringe Festivals in Scotland and Brighton for the Edinburgh Evening News and ThreeWeeks over the years. He has been the Editor of the Events section for What's On Magazine in Brighton.

As a student he was the weekly cartoonist for the Sussex University student newspaper. He has always been interested in radio production and has produced a radio show about Tuk Tuk's in Brighton for a BBC run training program (CSV) which has been showcased on their website.

Sam co-writes short films with filmmaker Daniel D Moses of DDM Productions (www.danielmoses.com) . Past works include "Motion, Agreed...Carried" and "The Rabbi" and a new film for 2008 is currently in development.

He is currently in Japan teaching English at a language school, his experiences can be read about in his blog at www.samteachinginjapan.blogspot.com
