  "I am ashamed that it has taken me so long to write this because I have been meaning to for so long, but my procrastination is not a reflection of my respect and admiration for Kate. Kate is a wonderfully kind and thoughtful person and that comes through in her art. Kate is maybe the most inspirational person on flickr for me because she is a relative newcomer to photography like me yet she pushes herself to explore the side of herself that many of us including myself are sometimes to afraid to confront.
  
  Kate will make you laugh sometimes and she will occasionally make you cry, she will sometimes make you take a hard look at yourself and ask you to answer some hard questions but she will ALWAYS make you feel important. Kate makes everyone of her contacts feel like they are intrinsic to her artist process and she is genuine in her interest and concern for her flickr friends and seems to build a personal and individual relationship with each person she communicates with.
  
  For me Kate is a driving force keeping me involved in flickr, even when I am feeling my darkest and most frustrated artistically. Kate will not let you flounder but she won't let you languish in self pity either. My flickr experience wouldn't be the same and not nearly as fulfilling without SallyRye's Photostream. It isn't often you can say that someone's art has made you a better person and I can say that about Kate. I don't just admire her art, but also I consider her a friend. I feel privileged to be a part of Kates flickr universe and honored when she comments on my photostream.
  
  Kate's art is a window to who she really is and when you peer through that window you will see tenderness and a grace of spirit that sometimes feels rare in todays world. Courageous and powerful, she is the crunchy crispy kind and moving and caring she is the gooey cream filled kind to. Either way Kate is Delicious. I jus luv er."

  "I am very glad to have Met This woman. the first thing that struck me about her was the honesty that each of her photographs pulsed with. I could quickly got a feel for who she was because each post she made told a piece of her story. I also got to know who she was by how she treated her stream: she doesn't post and run and wait for everyone to pat her on the back, she charts her progress and responds to those that comment on her. she shows humility and appreciation and these things are refreshing.
