I am a hooker first, painter next, and loving anything fiber-related after that. Oh yeah, Mom and Grandma play a big part in there, too, but older kids are married and/or in college. I love to teach others to rug hook and when I can find the time, I love to play with wool in the dye pots.

My online business, Amherst Folk Art & Rug Hooking, keeps me busy and in between I design hooking and needle punch projects for Create & Decorate magazine.

I also build web sites for artists and small businesses. You'll find that info here:
www.hightimedesign.com

Check out my blog here:

And my Etsy shop at www.folkandfiber.etsy.com
Twitter me and see me on Facebook, too!

So that's my story - and I am sticking to it -- please say Hello! I love to hear from online folks who share my interests and addictions!! It's all in the wool . . .
