Saija Lodge is situated in the northeast of Finland, directly south of the Arctic Circle in the middle of the beautiful and original Finnish nature. It belongs to the municipality of Taivalkoski, near Kuusamo. The lodge is completely built out of wood and it is a perfect holiday place for guests, looking for peaceful and active holidays, winter & summer!

In the main building is a cosy restaurant full of character. In the other log houses are the cosy apartments with own sauna. The cooks of Saija Lodge will spoil you daily with traditional house specialties such as salmon casserole, meat of local forest cattle and reindeer dishes. All meals are served with home baked bread.
