Unless it's masked by a clever title, a few chapters of wit and cynicism, and only if the names have been changed to protect the innocent, I don't like talking about myself. Something I've noticed lately, since I moved to Los Angeles actually, is that unlike the ebb and flow of present value, the price of mediocrity is persistently rising. Also, watch out for my acts of foolishness; they'll lower my perceived intelligence. I prefer "observant" or "introspective" as opposed to "quiet." My parents moved to Mexico (which is a little different from Vancouver), so consequently I feel a mild sense of displacement. Oh, and I'm a closet geek.
