I am retired in Maui appreciating why I am here and remembering what is important in life.
I attended Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NYC where I majored in painting and photography and received my BFA in Fine Arts, and Pratt Instiute in Brooklyn, NYC, where I received my Masters in Art Therapy. I later attended Connecticut State University and the University of Bridgeport for my degrees in Special Education and Administration and Supervision.
I retired in June 2007 after being in education for 32 years. I taught Emotionally Challenged Adolescents for 25 years and was in administration for 7 years. The last 20 years I was at Greenwich High School in Greenwich, Connecticut.
I love music and attended the Woodstock Music and Art Festival that took place in August 1969. I love rock and roll!
I am a Native New Yorker and proud to be one.
