I'm the owner and executive chef of Saffron 59 Catering, New York City’s premier Southeast Asian caterer and event planner, specializing in unique regional cuisines.

Irene Khin and her staff travel extensively from South China Seas to the Aegean Coast bringing back treasures from lacquered trays to brocade textiles.

For the past years, the team has successfully orchestrated catered events both large and small, from formal corporate galas to casual in-office get-togethers and outdoor affairs.
