I'm are a virtual roller coaster of emotions, and most people enjoy the ride.
My mood tends to set the tone of the room, and when I'm happy --> this is a good thing.
When I get in a dark mood, it's very hard to get me out of it &
it's sometimes hard for me to cheer up, and my gloom can be contagious.
