AUTORTIESĪBAS

Saeimas mājaslapā, Saeimas publikācijās, informatīvajos materiālos, Saeimas oficiālajā Flickr.com fotogrāfiju kontā un Saeimas YouTube kanālā publicētās fotogrāfijas un video materiāli (turpmāk tekstā - audiovizuālie materiāli) ir Saeimas Kancelejas īpašums un uz tiem attiecas Autortiesību likums.
Audiovizuālos materiālus drīkst kopēt, reproducēt, pārpublicēt, uzglabāt, arhivēt, pārsūtīt bez saskaņošanas ar autortiesību subjektu, ja tas tiek darīts informatīviem, izglītības un pētniecības mērķiem, analītiskiem apskatiem un ziņu sagatavošanai. To darot, audiovizuālos materiālus drīkst pārveidot un apstrādāt, taču nedrīkst publicēt veidā, kas diskreditē Saeimu un tur attēlotās personas, rada maldīgu priekšstatu par materiālu uzņemšanas apstākļiem vai tiek izmantotas komerciālas reklāmas nolūkos.
Publicējot audiovizuālos materiālus, obligāti jānorāda autorība – Saeimas Kanceleja.
Noteikumu neievērošana tiks uzskatīta par autortiesību un īpašuma tiesību pārkāpumu. Atkarībā no autortiesību pārkāpuma rakstura un tā sekām pārkāpējs saucams pie likumā noteiktās administratīvās vai kriminālās atbildības.
Publicējot audiovizuālos materiālus elektroniski, vēlams, lai atsauce saturētu hipersaiti uz avotu, piemēram, Saeimas mājaslapu, parlamenta Flickr.com kontu vai YouTube kanālu.
Audiovizuālo materiālu izmantošana citos nolūkos jāsaskaņo ar Saeimas Sabiedrisko attiecību biroju, rakstot uz e-pastu prese@saeima.lv.

COPYRIGHTS

Pictures and video material which are published on the Saeima webpage, included in Saeima’s publications and informative materials, uploaded on the official picture account of the Saeima on Flickr.com, and on the Saeima channel on the YouTube (hereinafter – audiovisual material) are the property of the Saeima Chancellery and are subject to the Copyright Law.
Audiovisual material can be copied, reproduced, published, stored, archived, and distributed without consent of the right-holder if it is done for informative, educational or research purposes, for analytical reviews or for news releases. Audiovisual material used for the above-mentioned purposes can be modified and processed unless such modification or processing discredits the Saeima and the people appearing in the material or misleads the viewer about the circumstances in which the material has been taken; moreover, the material cannot be used for commercial advertising purposes.
When publishing the audiovisual material, it is mandatory to give credit to the right-holder, i.e., the Saeima Chancellery.
Disregarding these regulations will be considered a violation of copyright and property rights. The violator will be held criminally or administratively liable in accordance with the law, depending on the nature of the copyright violation and relevant consequences.
When publishing audiovisual material electronically, it is desirable to include a hyperlink to the source – for example, the Saeima webpage, the parliament’s account on Flickr.com or its channel on YouTube.
Use of audiovisual material for other purposes should be coordinated with the Public Relations Department of the Saeima by sending an e-mail at prese@saeima.lv.
