The Sacred Embodiment Center is a special place to find community which assist us in connecting to the core of our being. The atmosphere of SEC brings you to a place of sacredness and a sense of being embodied just by walking through the door. We offer a wide variety of classes, including yoga, qigong, meditation, spiritual conscious development, kirtan, breath work, tantra, and other movement based classes and workshops that assist you to move deeper into your embodied self, into that authentic wisdom of the vessel in which you are living. It is a place where you can have fun, play, let go, breath deep, really feel down low into our toes what it feels like to be in your body.


We are conveniently located in historic downtown Asheville between Lexington Ave and Broadway on Carolina Lane.
