Now retired from what seems like endless years in education, I'm lucky enought to live in a village known as "Sleepy Hollow" by the village doctor, have a wife and two grown-up kids who share my interest in photography, and a wife (same one) who plays golf - usually better than I. Now that the work days are over, expect to see more photos from far(ish) flung places.
I'm currently pruning my list of contacts: I find that time is not plentiful enough to enable me to make as many comments on as many contacts' photos as I would like. As I'm not really a contact collector, and can see no point in having a contact if no comments are being made, my list of contacts will be shrinking in the coming months. My apologies to anyone who might be offended by this; I can assure you no offence is intended, instead I am following a path of pragmatism.
Oh, and by the way, if you make me a contact or favourite any of my photos and you have nothing to show me, I will bar you.

"If only for the fact that S81 lives the life of a retired gentleman, with not much else to do but practise his favourtie hobby, he is brilliant. time after time he creates things that make people go 'WOW' and even then he still manages to make up something funny or sarcastic about it :)
He ALWAYS comments on your photos (no contact tart here) and he's (usually ;) complimentary.
Just one problem- He bought a Nikon, not a Canon :P

"If you have S81 as one of your contacts you are lucky! He is an extremely keen photographer producing beautiful artistic photographs, often spending ages using various pieces of software to obtain the effect he is looking for.
However, his contacts always come first. Even though he is longing to work on his own photos he takes time to visit all his contacts to offer thoughtful/helpful comments which are often very witty.
