A friend asked me the other day, "Do you use flickr because you take photographs, or are you taking photographs because you use flickr?"
I think it is a bit of both, I found out about flickr because I got into digital photography, but I know that using flickr has made me take more photographs than I would have otherwise. And as I have photographed, criticised, praised, discussed, participated I hope that I have become better.
I really enjoy taking part in Project 365, trying to photograph a new subject everyday has sometimes driven me to distraction, but it has been great fun and I love the challenge and seeing what others have come up for the day.
