Well, I’m a very laid-back, easy-going 25 year old guy from a small town in Southeast Michigan. I just graduated from God’s Bible School & College with a degree in theology. Apparently the school wasn’t tired of me yet, so they asked me to stick around and become the Assistant Dean of Men, so I now live and work at the college in Cincinnati, Ohio. If you haven’t picked up on it yet, my faith is pretty important to me. It’s more than the musty books I read to earn my degree, it’s the guiding motivation that permeates my life.

I have been interested in photography since I was a kid, but didn’t take my first step into the field until I used some early graduation money in eleventh grade to purchase my first digital camera, the original Canon Digital Rebel. I began to compete on both the regional and international levels in school competitions, and placed in several categories. Early on I decided one thing, if taking pictures ever stopped being fun, I would move on. After eight years I’m still taking photos and loving every second of it. For me, creating a photograph is more than a simple snapshot event, it’s capturing a bit of life, even just a moment, that can be cherished .
