Ruskin College is an independent college based in Oxford that specialises in providing educational opportunities for adults with few or no qualifications. We aim to recruit and develop those many adults who want a 'second chance' in education.

Ruskin College welcomes students who not only want to develop themselves but also 'want to put something back into society'. Its socially aware courses help students in a range of Humanities and Social Science subjects to engage with the world around them.

Ruskin enjoys an international reputation, and hosts a TUC centre, trade union partnership programme and the Webb Institute for Leadership in Democracy, a development programme for civil society in Eastern Europe.
