Ruka & Kuusamo in Lapland is an amazing place to visit no matter what time of year.

Summers are warm and sunny, the forest green and teeming with life. Wild reindeer, moose and bear roam our forests. Summer activities include hiking, canoeing, white water rafting, water skiing, lake cruises, bear watching, fishing, bird watching and golf.

Winters are frozen and full of snow. The northern lights are common between Dec and March and the ski resort of Ruka is a great place for all levels of skiing. Other activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, reindeer sleigh rides, husky mushing, visits to Santa's house, ice fishing and ice carting.
