I decided to run for Congress because I know we need leaders in Washington who will focus on the issues that matter most like making healthcare affordable and accessible, improving healthcare, creating more jobs, and ending wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I want to continue my service to our community and country and put my experience as a physician, attorney, military man, businessman, father and husband to work for the people of Florida's 17th Congressional District. I want to help build a stronger American and create more opportunities for us all.
