All my friends know me as Rudibird. This is because I have a passion for nature particularly bird watching. I have been a birder for the past 30+ years. I am an interpretive guide for Belize's natural history of Belize as well as its anthropology.

I am deeply committed to my Christian faith. This always shows through in my presentations, lectures and attitude towards conservation.

When not in the field as a tour guide I work either as a volunteer or paid professional with organisations such as the Belize Audubon Society, the Belize Tourism Board, and various other organizations either dealing with tourism or the environment
