I have changed most of my photos to Creative Commons Attribution, Non Commercial, No Deriv. You can use them but I ask you for attribution. A note back that you will be using it seems a polite courtesy that you should make. This is not difficult and would show some sign of respect that you are borrowing. Courtesy goes a long way on seeding good will, but if goodwill is not your thing, then do your best to restrain yourself from using my photos. That shouldn't be too hard to do. Try not to be an asshole and pimp my photos off as yours. Simple courtesies go a long way.
