I was born in England but grow up in Jamaica. I have a deep love for adventures. It all started at the tender age of 4 when I sailed with his family for 6 weeks across the Atlantic Ocean on a cargo ship. The next 10 years were spent living an amazing life of self adventure on the beaches, in the sea and in the dense Jungle of Jamaica. Once again, at the age of 15 I sailed across the Atlantic back to England.

The adventure continues. I still have that love for travelled and adventure. I’ve (hitch hiked, back packed, lived, worked and raced) in over 50 countries throughout the world.

In English and New Zealand I played professional Rugby League, but my career came to a tragic and sudden end when I broke my neck during a game. However I proved them wrong. 9 years ago I trained my body to run once. Now I run marathon, ultra marathons, Ironman and 7 day adventure racing (Sahara Desert and the Amazon Jungle.) I’m a youth worker and love motivational speaking. I enjoy sharing my amazing life stores of overcoming the odds and my world adventures to motivate others to chase their dreams.

I have a new love for photography and hope to be sharing it with other.
