I like taking photos when I'm out and about. It's mainly point and click, but I'm slowly learning the technical stuff. I find myself snapping food and farming scenes, nature and art, and groups of people engaged in what they are doing. Old stuff is jumbled in with what is catching my eye right now. I also aim to capture aspects of reality that aren't idealised and conventionally beautiful, and things that are superficially pretty, whereas the story of how it came about, and its consequences, are anything but.
