I had mostly used flickr as a place to store ALL my photos and stuff I needed URLs for so my pictures are not some collection of my great work, but a storage chest, lol.
...still transferring (locating, uploading, scanning, etc.) pictures from other sites and computers.

I'm a high school teacher who loves my job but hates to witness what No Child Left Behind is doing to my students. Most of them don't get to take any electives for several years. Going to school is nothing like it was when we went.

Before that I worked in the music industry doing many jobs for an independent record company, a recording studio, and some amazing bands, all basically out of one office. I absolutely loved doing that too.

I waste my time by:
-being on the computer either at social networks, music websites, playing with software and other technology stuff and drawing, painting, and creating art no one will see

I spend my time wisely by:
-fighting human trafficking and the current human slave trade by working with Call + Response, a movement related to an amazing movie that could potentially make huge changes to the fastest growing and single most successful industry - the modern slave trade
(There are more than 27 million of them today, 80% women and 50% children. Human traffickers made 32 billion dollars last year, more than Google, Starbucks, and Nike combined).

My niece is a huge part of my life. She is 5 now and we have been close since she was born. We bought a house with her parents just so we could finally live with her after being so close since her birth. And living with my sister has been wonderful for so many other reasons too.
