I'm an amateur always looking to improve.

When giving me feedback: be as critical as you can. If you honestly mean what you say, don't worry about offending me. I can't get better if you don't tell me what you see!

And I'm happy to offer my opinion on others' work provided --

1. they make their EXIF data available (so I can learn from them) and

2. they make downloads of their pictures available (so I can keep track of who I've given feedback to and about what).

If people aren't willing to share, then they're entirely tooooo professional for my input!
