  Romulo was one of the first contacts I made on Flickr. I was initially
  struck by his ability to reveal the drama in a situation that
  otherwise might pass unnoticed. He quietly explores humanity in his
  work, showing humour and sensitivity.
  
  Beautifully composed images are created with an apparently effortless simplicity. Romulo has a natural sense of space, colour and dynamic tension tension. His images hint at a story before or beyond the moment when the shutter is pressed - the instant and it's history!"

  One can imagine him sitting in his office surrounded by his excellent selections of images of rich colors and strong designs . Many photos are obviously for his publications but many others represent another facet of Romulo-----his personal photographs .
