I'ts not about what we don't see, it's about how we look at things we do see.

I was born in 1955 in the city of Bern, Switzerland, went to school in Fribourg. After a period of apprenticeship in different hotels, several other jobs and many months of traveling around in whole Europe i left Switzerland at my twenty first year to go live in the Netherlands. In this beautiful country that inspired so many famous painters i started a family and later on a business of my own. Today i live in Kiel, Germany.
I've started photographing seriously in 2001 after some dramatic events crossed my path. Nowadays the camera makes part of my life, i seldom leave the house without it.

My stream on dark...

Almost all my photographs have originated voluntarily, that means without any preparation or different light other than the available daylight. They are what i see and what i feel and that's it. Thank you for taking the time to look at them and hopefully you like some of them.

Feel free to ask me if you have any questions about some of them.

All the people i photographed are real people doing something real in real life!! Fortuitously, I was just there.
