A Navy wife. I have a great husband, and he's cute too. Our son was born in September 2007. The Navy has had us in Groton, CT; Hawaii; Bangor, WA, and now Norfolk, VA.

My cameras have progressed over the course of my flickr life. I started with a Sony Cybershot DSC-P51 purchased by my parents for my trip to Korea 4 years ago. It died a slow death ending during my trip to Japan.

My Nikon Coolpix L3 was purchased halfway thru my trip to Japan. I was sick of trying to make my messed up Sony work. Now my hubby has the coolpix on his sub. I miss it a little.

But I bought a Nikon D70 just after the coolpix. So I figure he can have the little one and I will keep the cool one to play with.

I have yet to take a photography course, so I am basically using a really nice camera to take nothing more than snapshots at this point.

Halloween 2006 - I just finished a few months of world Asia travel, moved from Hawaii with my 14 year old dog, we drove across the US from Maryland to Washington state and are now househunting! Yikes! Henry is home and the sub is in the shipyard. So now we need to buy a house!!

My world map. If I count the DMZ in Korea I could maybe put North Korea on my list. I also flew over Russian air space, Alaska and the Aleutian Islands (2 hours after N. Korea tested nukes!)
