Rock + Run is an online outdoor, climbing and running shop based in Cumbria, UK.

Our company was established in 1983 and we have slowly changed in that time from being a group of three shops to a warehouse with online sales and counter sales.

What has not changed is our commitment to customer service and quality products.

As well as online sales we offer counter sales from our warehouse Monday to Friday 9pm to 4pm. Link to Google Maps
