Howdy,
I have been a photographer for a number of years and finally made the jump into digital. I still have and will probably keep my 35mm equipment, sometimes it is just nice, like when extremely cold out and riding in a pack for a day of snow play in the backcountry. I experimented with digital photography using a Pentax Optio and still attach it to my lifevest for sea kayak trips and carry it most places. I am now shooting a Nikon D300. I like the versatility of the digital format. I think I will always have more to learn about this camera and the things you can do with it.
