I am a wife, mommy of two, substitute teacher and photographer. Whew!

Photography started for my husband and I when we had our girls. At first, we had a point and shoot camera and weren't happy with the quality of photos we were getting. Instead of upgrading camera equipment, we learned to retouch photos. A backwards approach, as it turns out it is much easier to edit photos that are good to start with! Can I get a collective "duh?" At any rate after we started offering retouching services, we were in a position to invest more in mastering photography.

While we're still working on that (there's always more to learn!) we're sharing our love of photography with others while financing our addiction :)
