I'm a Cheshire-based photographer and am generally creative, with cooking, photography and writing my top three (in alphabetical order). My Flickr account isn't as much about my photography as it is about communicating thoughts on life, philosophy, current affairs et al. The photographs will often be an illustration.
I suppose I'm a forgetful detailist - I'll remember to charge batteries and clear memory cards, check film stock, then leave the iron plugged in. I occasionally paint, but not walls even though I get to pick the colour scheme. We have a calm house, but two Weimaraners, two cats and a Chinchilla. One car is a sensible diesel estate (station wagon) and the other a mid-engine sports car. Getting a picture? (I also like really bad puns)
I decided pretty early on that I'm not going to do favourites any more. I have a file on my desktop with hyperlinks to my favourite photographs from others, so that I can refresh my memory without logging in. Because I don't have a thumbnail the image is very often a surprise.
